Changes

Chris is offically going to be leaving on the 16th of this month. Things keep changing, and I thank the Lord that we will have a few extra weeks with Chris. At first Chris was leaving on June 1st and going to North Carolina for 2 months, but now he will be going to 29 Plams, in the desert for 4 months. The Lord has really belssed us becuase now we can go and see Chris on some weekends possibly. I thank you for your prayers and support. It will be hard for me when Chris leaves, but knowing that I have such Great friends, I know that I will be able to get through it.

The MANY wonders of Summer!!!!!

I LOVE SUMMER!!!

Well we just got back from Disenyland, it was VERY hot, I almost melted!. I decided that I LOVE summer, Number one......

#1. NO SCHOOL!!!!!!

#2. I love being in the sun and getting a VERY dark tan!!!

#3. I LOVE our Pool!!!, it is the greatest thing on the planet.

And I just plain love it, although this summer might be a little bit harder for me, just becuase of Chris leaving, but I still want to have lots of pool parties and friends over, even though I WILL miss Chris Dearly!!! I will be writing him EVERY SINGLE DAY and tell him ALL that I did, but hey, this post is not supposed to be about saddness, this is a FUN, SUMMER post!!!!!. So what do you love best about summer???

United States Marine Corps!!!!

Most of you already know this, but I'am just going to post it just so if you have any questions, you can ask............

On May 6th, 10:02am, Major Hudson called us and informed my mother that he needed Chris to call him (becuase Chris was riding along with my dad in a ambulance), So my mom called Chris and told him to call Major Hudson back, not long after my mom hung up did Chris call and tell us that he would be going to North Carolina for two months of training, then to Iraq for 6-10 months.
Chris got back on Sunday from a weekend in Reno ( where he is stationed), and told us that he will not be going to NC, but he will be training in Camp Pendleton CA, for two months, and he would be in Iraq for 9 months and 1 month of Debreifing in Camp Pendleton. We feel very blessed that Chris doesn't have to go to North Carolina, but we are still very upset about the dangers he will be facing in Iraq.

One fine day, not so long ago, Alyssa was over at Brooke's house, we see here a conversation that accured between them:

B: So Lisa, how are you doing?
A: My shin hurts, I have a swollen finger and I am getting sick! How do you think I am doing?
B: Well, uh...
A: Besides that I'm mad because ben and james tell me I should take it easy...but I don't want to.
B: Well, uh...
A: AND I luv you.
B: Well, uh....
A: Well, uh, what?
B: I think you look nice
A: I don't care what you think...I'm out of shape and I'm fat!
B: ALYSSA! I don't want to hear such things. Always tell the truth, as my grandmother used to say....
A: You better shut it before I make you shut it.
B: Alyssa, lets change the subject (maybe we could talk about something true). Okay, so...Lisa, people just don't understand the way we work together.
A: Heck...yes.
B: Wait...heck yes as in they don't understand or heck yes they do?
A: Brooke you are so stupid, simple minded and have no ability whatsoever to do anything good. In fact I don't know why I know you.
B: Well, I try.
A: TRYING IS NOT ENOUGH...YOU MUST SUCEED!!!!
B: sorry alyssa, I'll try harder...
